Our Facilities
F3 Engineering has assembled a facility that supports today's highly technical products. In house we have modern state of art equipment and facilities to accomplish that goal. Our 27,000 sq.ft. facility is located within one hour's drive of three metropolitan airports (Newark Liberty, LaGuardia, and Kennedy Airports). We also access, on as needed basis, the technical competence of three major world class universities.
Our production facility is environmentally controlled for command over all process.
- AS9100 Quality Management System with Oasis scores of 100%.
- Full service Electronics Production Facilities with automated cable testing equipment, PLC and microprocessor programming, certified solders, ESD controls are administered.
- Environmental Stress screening capabilities including Temperature, Humidity and Vibration capability in house.
- Adhesives control area.
- Precision machining with Modern CNC equipment.
- Mig, Tig, and Stick welding with certified welders for Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Steel.
- Load Test Capability up to 30,000 lbf.
- Non Destructive Testing.
Our Personnel
Our personnel include trained technicians and engineers to maintain expert workmanship and top tier quality of your products. In addition we have recurring training on a monthly basis to augment and keep skills honed to meet your expectations.
Our Vendors
Our vendors are screened to assure they meet our customers' expectations. In addition to quality surveys we randomly audit vendor facilities. Vendor non compliances are documented and sent for corrective action requests to assure that our expectations will be met.
