Our facilities and capabilities are described below. Our goal is to satisfy our customer in every respect. We quickly realized that with today's development schedules speed and accuracy is key to most programs. Therefore, during our growth we have strived to remove schedule delays from our development schedule. We control the entire development cycle at our facilities.

Design and Analysis: Design tools such as Catia and Solidworks ensure designs are modeled prior to fabrication. Analysis tools such as Ansys assure the design is validated prior to a manufacturing. Prototype Fabrication: Complete manufacturing facilities with a CNC equipment to produce tolerance as tight as 0.0002 inches. A rigorous quality control system to assure our products and equipment meet our customers requirements.

Mechanical Testing: Drop testing (up to 100 ft), Vibration Testing to 35,000 lbf. (aerodynamic and vehicle simulation)

Environmental Simulation: Temperature Shock, Temperature Variation, Altitude Testing
